Holy Fringe!
I don’t think I realized how obsessed I’d be with my Madrid Wool Hat from Nasty Gal. I feel like I could pull of my pajamas as long as I have this hat on. Oh but I don’t want it to outshine these amazing shorts—YES that’s chain fringe, and it’s wonderful! (and maybe a little too fun to play with…) I know you’re thinking it must have cost me a fortune, but the most delightful thing is, I got them for free at the Iron Fist Sample sale while volunteering! Ahhhhh! And don’t clothes feel so much better when you haven’t paid a penny for it? I can’t thank Michelle enough for letting me volunteer! <3 The sequined-cross blouse I snagged during Cyber Monday on Nasty Gal, which is the best day invented since Christmas. Ah, deals!

Salmon Fishing in Los Angeles
I love salmon (as a color AND a food!) I decided to go pretty casual today and the weather is finally starting to cool down! Boy am I excited to layer up for the cold weather, playing with scarves, mittons, vest and so much more!!

Mustardseed
Tobey Macguire came to our office today. I always get so starstruck no matter how much I tell myself not to, haha. So because of this, everyone in the office was looking their Sunday’s best, what a cool change! I think I’m just looking the same as usual though ;)
I’m wearing these great vintage printed trousers I recently go. I’ve really been searching for Miu Miu look-alike prints… I’m dying for a whole printed suit set of theirs! (but alas, I am not made of money…) So although I don’t have a blazer with the same print to go with these wonderful trousers, a simple print with a simple monotoned blouse and cute hair accessory really pulls together a great outfit. I think the key here is really bringing back that mustard yellow on top of my head =)

Thirty, Flirty, & Floral!
Today is my 30th outfit! (The title is a play off “30 Going on 30“‘s “Thirty Flirty & Thriving” quote, haha!) These pants are another steal from Goodwill! Then to even out the pattern I wore a plain collared shirt with a nice blazer to make my outfit work appropriate.Oh, and a ribbon around the collar is always a cute touch I love to do. And instead of buying them online for $15 bucks, just go to your local fabric/craft store and buy a bunch of different colored ribbon you like! Saves a ton of money and there are way more choices in patterns and colors! =)
Oh, and my shoes deserve to have a new paragraph, haha! I love these Messeca wedges with a fake gold heel! Really classy, although if any of you plan on getting them I would suggest you size a one to one and a half sizes down, they run so big! Still trying to figure that out…
I actually wore this outfit two days ago to a Dodger’s Baseball game! I’m not too much of a baseball fan but I’m a fan of my boyfriend so I was happy to attend with him! =) Last night we attended another event for this AMAZING podcast called Radiolab! If you guys haven’t heard of it, check it out, it’s free to subscribe on iTunes!
