I’m back from New York! It was hard not to buy everything in sight (although I admit I splurged!) SoHo was such a treasure chest, especially Top Shop, which thankfully is coming to Los Angeles soon! I browsed through some cool boutiques that had amazing unique pieces, which I couldn’t afford (but a girl can dream right?) One day I’ll be able to afford boutique designer pieces such as the likes of those from Opening Ceremony *sigh*

Anyway! Today’s outfit is entitled Mint Chocolate Chip because of the Mint x Black combo! I’m loving these new mint leopard shorts I got from Zara. The print is subtle but has great texture. I was debating whether or not to wear this sweater over my snake print top but I compromised by leaving the tail out sticking out behind me (you can kind of see it!) You can bet I’ll be wearing this shirt again soon though!

Love this lace bodysuit that has been on sale at American Apparel for awhile. It’s so convenient to have a top and bottom all there for you! And I just love the lace pattern! Let’s just say I wore flowers for mother’s day! Happy Mother’s Day to all you wonderful moms out there! Hope everyone had a rockin’ weekend! =)

Today is my 30th outfit! (The title is a play off “30 Going on 30“‘s “Thirty Flirty & Thriving” quote, haha!) These pants are another steal from Goodwill! Then to even out the pattern I wore a plain collared shirt with a nice blazer to make my outfit work appropriate.Oh, and a ribbon around the collar is always a cute touch I love to do. And instead of buying them online for $15 bucks, just go to your local fabric/craft store and buy a bunch of different colored ribbon you like! Saves a ton of money and there are way more choices in patterns and colors! =)

Oh, and my shoes deserve to have a new paragraph, haha! I love these Messeca wedges with a fake gold heel! Really classy, although if any of you plan on getting them I would suggest you size a one to one and a half sizes down, they run so big! Still trying to figure that out…

I actually wore this outfit two days ago to a Dodger’s Baseball game! I’m not too much of a baseball fan but I’m a fan of my boyfriend so I was happy to attend with him! =) Last night we attended another event for this AMAZING podcast called Radiolab! Felt sort of self conscious in this MINKPINK x Nasty Gal dress because of how BRIGHT it is but I love it to death and the interesting neckline was perfect to show off the necklace Matt got me =) Oh, and I got these new Messeca shoes… they are sort of big on me but I couldn’t return them so I put some insoles in them and I think they’re fitting better… still debating if I like em or hate em. I also got it in black with a gold heel hehehe ^__^;; Nothing interesting to say today… except that I clearly need to get more accessories cause I always wear the same ones! Ideeli has a CC Skye sale going on if anyone’s interested!!

Oh, and there was some dance moves that ensued a little after picture taking =)
