Simply Bold
Sometimes the simplest outfit can be the boldest statement. It’s been scorching hot lately and so I just felt like lounging in my super comfy chiffon dress. If some of you have been following my blog for awhile, you may recognize this dress ‘cause I have it in bright yellow too! I feel like the blue and yellow are the least popular colors but they’re the most fun… so why is that?! Without a belt, the silhouette is free flowing and super relaxed. And since the dress is so plain I paired it with a bold statement necklace and some hand accessories to finish off the look. =)

Interview With a Stylist
I had such a fun but busy day at work yesterday, interviewing stylists of all things! So I knew I had to dress professional but I wanted to also show that I had great style so that the stylists knew that someone with a good eye was judging their work! (or I hope I do at least, haha!) My top and pants and both from Zara when they were having an incredible online sale. I’m so happy I snagged them! Is there too much pattern going on? I think they match in a strange way! Pattern mixing is my new favorite thing =)

Mint Chocolate Chip
I’m back from New York! It was hard not to buy everything in sight (although I admit I splurged!) SoHo was such a treasure chest, especially Top Shop, which thankfully is coming to Los Angeles soon! I browsed through some cool boutiques that had amazing unique pieces, which I couldn’t afford (but a girl can dream right?) One day I’ll be able to afford boutique designer pieces such as the likes of those from Opening Ceremony *sigh*
Anyway! Today’s outfit is entitled Mint Chocolate Chip because of the Mint x Black combo! I’m loving these new mint leopard shorts I got from Zara. The print is subtle but has great texture. I was debating whether or not to wear this sweater over my snake print top but I compromised by leaving the tail out sticking out behind me (you can kind of see it!) You can bet I’ll be wearing this shirt again soon though!
