How was everyone’s long weekend? I spent mine with my family & boyfriend in Las Vegas! I used to go all the time as a kid and so it was strange to go again as a young adult. Things seem so much trashier… all the gentlemen’s clubs and naked girl handouts O__O! Weird how I didn’t really notice that as a kid. All in all though it was a good time. We saw two AMAZING shows. One Cirque du Soleil show called Ka and then another show that is supposedly the “best show in Vegas” right now called La Reve, but I personally thought Ka was SO much better!

School’s out for summer (at least for those of you still attending school, that is) but I’m still going to rock the school girl bow tie year long. I actually have been really wanting one of these ties and finally found one on my trip to New York at a small Japanese-owned vintage store. This boater hat is also a Japanese trend and I’ve been meaning to wear it more often. It actually doesn’t protect my eyes from the sun at all but a cute boater had adds the cherry on top of a cute outfit, don’t you think?
